Cal-TASH 2026 Conference

Cal-TASH is honored to be hosting our 43rd Annual Conference February 27-28, 2026, in Sacramento, CA. The theme of the conference is Building Bridges:Breaking Barriers. We  will be announcing our incredible keynote presenters and Town Hall information soon! The conference break out sessions will include presenters from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities presenting on topics that promote equity, opportunity and inclusion for individuals with disabilities across the lifespan. Presentations will focus on early childhood, inclusive education, family education and support, transition, post secondary education, supported decision making, home and community based services, employment, community living, housing, advocacy, disability law, diversity and cultural competence, and human rights.

Conference registration includes:

  • Friday: Opening Town Hall, plated lunch with Keynote Speaker, informational breakout sessions, CalTASH Bash with entertainment, food & no host bar

    • ​Additional CalTASH Bash tickets can be purchased (online or at the event) for guests and family members not registering for the conference.

  • Saturday: Morning session, informational breakout sessions, plated lunch with Keynote Speaker

Conference Rates Structure:  Cal-TASH is delighted to extend reduced rates to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and their families, Personal Attendants & Direct Support Providers thanks to the generous contributions from our donors. The professional rate accurately represents the conference's actual expenses. We kindly encourage attendees to contemplate opting for the professional rate if it is within their means.

  • Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and their family members

  • Personal Assistant - a person providing support for an individual with a disability attending the conference

  • Direct Support Providers - Non-professional staff working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities

  • Professionals - individuals who are working in the capacity of an educator (teacher or paraprofessional), University instructor or student in teacher preparation, service provider, agency representative, business owner or advocate for individuals with disabilities
